Today’s video is really out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to share some new stuff with you all. I love watching videos similar to this on YouTube, so I thought I would try my hand at it. Let me know what you think of the video and of the products mentioned!
NARS recently released a new foundation, the All Day Luminous Weightless foundation. I decided to try it in the shade Cadiz, which is also my shade in the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. With this foundation, NARS promises full & natural looking coverage that lasts up to 16 hours. Not only that, but they also claim that the foundation will do this with only 1 drop and still have a lightweight feel on the skin. I’ve been testing this foundation out for about 2 weeks and I am ready to share my thoughts with you so if you’re interested, keep reading.
I’ve really enjoyed playing around with my Mac Eyeshadow X15 Warm Neutral Palette (swatched HERE) over the last few weeks. Today I wanted to share one of my favorite looks to do with this palette. This look is perfect for Valentine’s or any date night. Keep reading for more pictures and a full list of products used!
It’s been a minute since my last face of the day post, but not for a lack of trying. Every time I try to take pictures for this type of post, they never come out well. Blame it on my poor photography skills, but I’m working on it. Anyway, this was my smokey eye makeup look for dinner and movies with my husband the other night. I like how it turned out because it wasn’t over the top, but still was a bit different from my everyday makeup. Keep reading to find out the products I used to get this look!
Brows are so essential to the face so I’m always on the hunt for the perfect brow product. Recently I had a little mishap with my brows which led me on the search for something more substantial to fill them in. That’s why I decided to try the new Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate. Keep reading for my full review and demo!
As some of you may know, Mac Face & Body Foundation is one of my favorite foundations (see HERE) for natural looking glow-y skin. I’ve heard that Make Up Forever’s version is similar, but better so I wanted to try it out. Watch my video below to see my initial thoughts on this foundation (in shade 12, caramel).
Have you tried either Make Up Forever or MAC Face & Body? Which one do you prefer?
This is the final post within my Highlighter/Bronzer Series! If you missed any of the previous ones, don’t worry, I will list them at the bottom of this post. I hope this series was enjoyable to you and that you got something out of it.
Today’s face is a look that I wear quite often, especially during summertime. It is relatively quick and easy and perfect for all types of occasions. Keep reading for more pictures and a step-by-step tutorial.
**I’m sorry, I was having technical difficulties so this actually ended up posting on Wednesday instead of Tuesday!
Today’s post is a continuation of the Highlighter/Bronzer series that I’ve been doing for the past week. Sometimes liquid highlighters/illuminators can be a bit intimidating so I wanted to show you how I use them. Enjoy!
What do you think about liquid highlighting products? Love them, hate them?
Did you miss me? 🙂 I know it’s been a little while since my last post, but I took a mini vacay and didn’t do any blogging on my trip. I did however take a few pictures of one of my makeup looks while I was gone. This is the makeup that I wore to the Beyonce concert and it features one of the new MAC Mineralize eyeshadows (from the Tropical Taboo collection). Keep reading for more pictures and details!
Today’s face of the day is perfect for summer. I wore this look out for an early dinner and drinks with my husband. For this look, I pulled out some old faves and mixed them with some new products. To see what I used, keep reading!
